USPF prepares for AY 2012-2013

The University of Southern Philippines Foundation middle managers together with the university president Dr. Alicia P. Cabatingan convened on the 17th & 18th of May 2012 for the Strategic Planning Workshop using the Balanced Score Card (BSC) at West 35 Eco Mountain Resort in Balamban, Cebu. 

The two-day workshop, led by the resource person and USPF's assistant to the university president on planning and development,ATTP Mr. Lucio Pulmones with the support of USPF's assistant to the university president on curriculum & special programs ATTP Dr. Bryant Acar, goaded the university's principals, deans, directors and department heads in applying the BSC concepts of Kaplan & Norton right after the SWOT analysis.
Focused on cohesive and unified strategies for the next three years including the incoming academic year 2012 until 2015, the workshop reverberated the SWOT & BSC from the board of trustees and management committee to the academic council and the support staff.
Held at the accommodating, stress-free and relaxed foggy environment of West 35 Eco managed by USPian alumna Helen Go, the output included the departmental or collegiate SWOT analysis and BSC details.

    HS Class of '79 celebrates 33rd Anniversary @ USPF Lahug campus


    79ers made new memories with HS teachers Ma'am Briones and Ma'am Lapina, and ice cream suki Manong Alming. They had a brief "takyan" challange, and sponsored 3 children with USPF's Community Outreach Program.
