USPF ABMusic invites you to the 1st "MUSIKAMP"


Summertime is the best time to unwind and take a relaxing step while learning a new skill. Join the short-term program in Music at USPF!  Breeze through the "MUSIKAMP" Basic Musicianship Certificate Program for only Php 9,000.  

USPF's ABMusic "MUSIKAMP" offers the finest training on Music Appreciation, Music Literature, Basic Music Theory, and Music Education from the music experts Mr. Magno Aquino Jr., Mr. Niño James Bañares, and Prof. Darlane Yap.  Not only will you enjoy learning but also get to keep the Instructional Materials for future skimming.

USPAAI welcomes new members


The USP Alumni Association Incorporated (USPAAI) welcomed a total of 886 alumni members in the March 2013 graduation ceremonies. The fresh graduates took their alumni oath before USPAAI president Mr. James R. Yu. Included in the new alumni membership are 164 loyalty awardees.

USPF-SWAG joins World Social Work Day 2013


USPF Social Workers Active Group (SWAG) headed by Social Work Department chairperson Mrs. Rosario Sequitin joins the promotion of social and economic equalities under the banner of the World Social Work Day 2013.  An exhibit at the Don Agustin Jerezal Hall lobby formally opens today, 11 March 2013 at 2:00 pm.  

USPF-OAR conducts seminar for graduating USPians

USPF Office of Alumni Relations (OAR) conducted the "2nd USPF-OAR Seminar for Graduating USPians" in three waves: February 26 8:00 am-12:00 noon with Kindergarten pupils & Grade 6 students followed by the Collegians scheduled at 1:00-3:00 pm at USPF Lahug campus;  February 27 1:00-2:30 pm with Kindergarten pupils & Grade 6 students followed by the High School students scheduled at 3:00-5:00 pm at the USPF Mabini campus; and March 11 8:00-11:00 am with High School students at the USPF Lahug campus.

 














OAR focused on preparing the graduating class of 2013 on the services of the USPF Office of Alumni Relations, their membership in the USP Alumni Association Incorporated (USPAAI) as well as the photo-information of the USPAAI officers and directors, their alumni chapter, and their duties and responsibilities as full-fledged alumni of the university.

Odette Jereza: iconic woman of Cebu

USPian alumna and vice president for external relations Dr. Lourdes D. Jereza is photo exhibited as one of the ten iconic women of Cebu in I AM WOMAN, theme of the grand celebration in unison with the International Women's Month in March 8 at the Ayala Activity Center, Cebu City.  "Odette", as she prefers to be called, banners the word "uplift" through relationship-building in her everyday dealings with people from all walks of life.  After all, who can better speak about relations and spark an uplifting vibe than an expert in relations?
