A felicitation and testimonial ceremony is given in honor of the newly appointed member of the Certified Public Account (CPA) board of examiners USPF alumnus Luis A. Cañete on June 25, 2010 at the USPF Theater for the Performing Arts.

In his testimonial speech, he brought the audience back to the challenges he encountered as a young boy and how he came out a victor. He is humbled by the opportunities given him and shared his gratitude to USPF, his alma mater. Trustee Engr. Rolando Villa gave the closing remarks.
